What are the office hours?
Our leasing office is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays, and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays.

We are located at 6144 Paseo Al Mar Blvd., Apollo Beach, FL, 33572.
What types of apartments do you offer?
We offer premium one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with luxury amenities and spacious floor plans.

What amenities are available to residents?
We offer resort-style community amenities and luxury apartment amenities to all residents. Some of our amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, community outdoor spaces, Clubhouse, easy access to the Waterset Community walking and running paths, a pet park and dog spa, and a fully gated and access-controlled community. Our apartment amenities include smart home technology, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, and more.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have a large resident parking structure with guest parking, EV charging stations, and controlled, gated access. We also have a courtesy officer on site.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow up to two well-behaved cats or dogs. No aggressive breeds are permitted, and residents must pay a one-time fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
Are there any community events or programs?
Yes, we have created a strong sense of community among our residents. We regularly hold social events and resident programs that allow our residents to relax, mingle, and get to know each other.

What is the application process?
We invite you to register on our online portal and begin your application online. We make it easy to apply, and you can reach us anytime via phone or email or check the status of your application online.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 12-15 month lease periods. You can choose a lease for less than 12 months; however, you will be subject to short-term lease premiums. Please contact our leasing center or begin the application process to learn more.
How do I pay rent?
We make it easy for our residents to pay their monthly leases and fees. You can pay online through our secure tenant portal or pay in person at our leasing office.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, we do require our tenants to have renter’s insurance, and we recommend e-premium by inhabiting.

How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit a maintenance request online through your resident portal.
What should I do in case of an emergency maintenance issue?
We provide residents with an emergency number to call in the event of an emergency maintenance issue. You can also come into our leasing office during regular business hours to speak with our property management team.
